About the role

We’re creating a dynamic Revenue Operations team to drive efficiency across the customer lifecycle. And keep our Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams focused on revenue growth. As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be a key player in this team, responsible for marketing campaign effectiveness and optimisation across all marketing programmes - process, analytics, reporting, tools, automation and training.

Partnering with our Growth teams, you’ll own marketing channel metrics (pipeline contribution, stage of opportunity, win revenue, and overall ROI); marketing systems integrations; maintenance and monitoring of the marketing database (data quality for leads, contacts, target accounts and activities); strategy and data governance for leads and contacts.

To deliver effectively, you’ll work with Marketing, Sales Development and Sales teams. And you’ll partner both with the Director of Operations (your Team Lead) and the COO, with dotted lines into the VP Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Together you’ll help us smash our goal of 1 billion verifications by 2020.

Apply! We’ll then assess your application against the role and other applicants. If successful we’ll then begin a two-way conversation where we both can find out a bit more about each other. Typically, a do-at-home problem solving task or scenario will follow, before closing out with onsite technical and behavioural conversations with the team.
