About the Role

The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in transforming the behaviours, practices and success of the Onfido global sales team.

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for building a continuous improvement culture that will help the sales team to exceed their goals and objectives as continue to grow. This will involve ensuring the sales team is equipped with the skill set, content and resources, skill set necessary to have successful customer conversations to drive success in an environment of geographical expansion, fast-paced growth and change.

The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with a variety of internal functions including the Senior Leadership Team, the wider Sales team, Marketing, Sales Operations, Strategy and all sales support functions across the globe to deliver and share the best practice of sales enabling programmes.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Processes Development

  • Lead and manage the strategy, development, and measurement of sales enablement programs for onboarding and continuous learning
  • Partner with all stakeholders to deliver on employee enablement initiatives
  • Make recommendations on program changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential improvements. Gather feedback and continue to tailor and refine curriculum based on business and sales needs
  • Work with each business markets to replicate best practice and sharing of sales enablement programmes

Sales Training

  • Develop and deliver scalable training programmes for employees on a variety of subject areas (e.g. such as strategic priorities, selling methodology, products and market and product updates)
  • Work with HR and the sales leadership team to perform ongoing needs assessment by identifying development opportunities and competency gaps by working with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and promote a training calendar
  • Participate in the onboarding experience by creating and delivering a development program for new sales hires
  • Create a development program for sales leaders to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively
  • Facilitate training delivery via tools and channels (e.g. workshops, webinars and videos)
  • Continuously improve the knowledge transfer within the Growth Team and across different business units. Facilitate cross-geographic collaboration

Content

  • Work with marketing functions and subject matter experts to develop targeted and engaging selling tools (e.g. collateral, case studies, value calculators and cheat sheets)
  • Gather feedback and requirements from sales and non-sales functions on sales enablement content

Reporting & Analysis

  • Design and track success metrics of the sales enablement initiatives (e.g. post-training program feedback, content impact, effectiveness, and adoption)
  • Use collected data to drive better decision making to review effectiveness of evaluate the overall effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives (i.e. onboarding and training investments and programs)
  • Report findings in the regular sales enablement meetings and quarterly business reviews

Requirements

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience in b2b sales, sales training and sales enablement
  • Proven track record of creating, delivering and constantly improving a successful sales learning culture
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales methodologies, curriculum development, training facilitation, and on-boarding
  • A proven track record of developing and using sales content tools to drive success in a tech environment
  • Proficient with the design and delivery of Sales learning solutions, and in the use of E-Learning tools, development, implementation
  • Experience using cutting edge enablement platforms, and tooling with robust tracking and reporting features including Salesforce.com

Desirable

  • Experience working in verification of identity sector
  • Bachelor's Degree
