Description

We're looking for the world's best Marketing Operations Manager who'll own the MarTech stack to measure EVERYTHING. You'll own:

  • marketing process
  • marketing analytics
  • marketing reporting
  • marketing tools and automation
  • marketing training

We need someone who's obsessed with numbers, and can't stand the sight of a badly formatted spreadsheet. Even better is if you can't stand spreadsheets whatsoever, because you love to automate.

You'll work within our Operations team, engaging directly with our Growth teams. You'll work closely with the Director of Operations (your Team Lead) and the COO, with dotted lines into the VP Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer, who are obviously your key stakeholders. Your peer will be the Sales Operations Manager whom you'll work closely with too.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You'll be responsbile for marketing campaign effectiveness and optimisation across all marketing programmes. That means you'll own:

  • marketing process
  • marketing analytics
  • marketing reporting
  • marketing tools and automation
  • marketing training

You'll also be responsible for:

  • tracking channel metrics, pipeline contribution, stage of opportunity, win revenue, and overall ROI.
  • systems integrations including the marketing automation platform, Google Analytics and Salesforce.
  • closely monitoring and maintaining data quality for leads, contacts, target accounts, and activities within the marketing database.
  • working with Marketing, Sales Development and Sales teams to regularly refresh target accounts for maximum coverage as well as building prospect lists from in-house and third-party data sources to meet company objectives for target account engagement and pipeline creation
  • managing strategy and data governance for leads and contacts, and any marketing campaign related data and activities in marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • building and adjusting djust dynamic lead scoring models on a quarterly basis to increase the accuracy of our prospects and ensure Sales Development teams are achieving pipeline goals.
  • working with marketing team to regularly help develop, deploy, and maintain nurture programs, digital display advertising and direct mail.

Requirements

5-7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience either in demand generation or marketing disciplines within a marketing team.

  • Passion for ROI, connecting data across multiple systems to show the full impact of marketing.
  • Ability enhance effectiveness and efficiency through technology.
  • Heavy experience with Marketing Automation and CRM Platforms.
  • Master knowledge of Salesforce - including reports, data import/export and dashboard creation.
  • Proficient in deploying emails, including A/B testing and campaign creation within marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to execute, by measuring both quantitative and qualitative results
  • Align with Executive Team driving metrics, communications and objectives
  • Proficient in Google Sheets

The interview process will involve:

  • Simple profile matching from us - assessing your application against the role
  • A two-way conversation where we both can find out a bit more about each other
  • Do at home task where you give a bit of an insight into how you approach problem-solving
  • On-site two-way technical and cultural conversations with the team

This process should take around two to three weeks, depending on diaries.
